A Scholarship created by the President and Board of Directors of the Kentucky Sheriff’s Association, in an effort to recognize a former Sheriff and President of the Kentucky Sheriff’s Association. It is the goal of the Kentucky Sheriff’s Association to award a scholarship in the name of Robert E. (Bobby) Thomas, former Sheriff of Hardin County, to celebrate his achievements in the field of law enforcement, and to honor his memory.
